Geographical Service Area
Located in beautiful downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA, primarily serving the Monterey Peninsula and its surrounding areas — covering the Central Coast of California, between Santa Cruz and San Luis Obispo. If you have a 1st or 2nd home elsewhere, we will be happy to assist you with it too — we have several customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

How your dealer responds and supports you, can turn any such occurrence into a mere annoyance or major dissatisfaction. We have always accepted the responsibility that comes with long-term client relationships. Our Service and Support policy is quite simple:
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
At no additional charge, Digital Home Convergence Designs, Inc. will guarantee all products purchased and installed by us, up to one year from the time of installation, except where noted.
